RETURNS

If the items ordered does not meet your expectations, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, within 30 days of receipt of your order.
 

Here is the procedure to follow to return:

Go to your SWEET-PANTS account to get your return document.

• Log-in to your account and go to the "Orders & Returns" tab.
• Select the corresponding order
• Click on the "Return Products" tab.
• Select the items to return, the quantities and the reason for the return (to facilitate the processing of your return by our teams), then click on "Continue".

Once your request is validated, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to print your return document which will be available in your customer account.
To know: The exchanges are not possible. We will refund the returned items
 

PREPAR THE PACKAGE:

Items to be returned must be intact, in perfect condition with all labels, and preferably in their original packaging. After carefully preparing your package, slip inside your return document and you can send your package at the address below:
You can return multiple orders in the same package with all the items in the same parcel with corresponding return forms.

In all cases, we advise you to keep the packing slip stamped by the post office or signed by the merchant as proof of sending.

THE REFOUND TERMS

The refund of items ordered online can only be made if the items are returned to the warehouse in the condition in which they were sold within 30 days of the date of delivery.

All items returned for a refund after 30 days will not be refunded and will be returned. You will be refunded within 15 working days after receipt of your package.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the refund has been made.
The Products must be accompanied by all their accessories. As part of this right of withdrawal, returned Products that are incomplete, damaged, soiled or washed, sweet-pants.com can refuse to refund the returned products, or to apply a discount to the amount of the refund.

If the above conditions are fulfilled, sweet-pants.com will reimburse the Buyer, within 15 working days maximum from the date of receipt of the parcel by sweet-pants.com, the sum paid by the buyer.

Sweet-pants.com advises the Buyer to return items by registered postage or recommended type COLISSIMO or by any other means to provide proof of reshipment. These shipping receipts must include the following information: consignee address, shipping date, order number and parcel number.
 
 

FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

We kindly ask you to take note that for any merchandise returns outside the European Union, both return fees and associated customs charges will be entirely at your expense.

Sweet Pants cannot under any circumstances cover the customs fees. If these fees remain unpaid, the return will either be canceled or sent back to the sender, with no possibility of reimbursement.

We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review the customs policies and regulations of your country before initiating a return, to avoid any confusion or unforeseen expenses.
